While there are lots of other books and courses, my question is, "How much of the CAPM exam is NOT in the PMBOK?"

Well the PMBOK covers all the concept at high level and you want to be able to grasp those concepts well at a deeper level. I cannot answer how much of exam questions are not in PMBOK. The topics are atleast mentioned but you as a student need to know the logics behind them to be able to grasp them.Hope it make sense

Well, reading the PMBoK wasn't enough. Lots of EV/AV/PV questions, what is the input for this and what is the output for that. Normally I test very well but even using just the PMBoK wasn't the right ticket. Sadly, PMI.org doesn't seem to want to tell you what else to study.
I'm kind of bummed, kind of challenged. Need to get with my PMP mentor at work and see what his thoughts are.
