PMP exam results are typically available immediately after you complete the exam at a test center. However, if you take the online proctored exam, you'll receive your results within a few days via email from the PMI (Project Management Institute).

This seems consistent with the new PMI changes. When you do the exam online, it will take 48 before you will receive your exam results, not immediately like before.

Right...which makes one wonder, don'tknow what to make of it. I did experience issues with the online proctor platform which spearheaded my exam in to a 5.5hr ordeal. I sincerely hope I receive a passing score in the long run though. I'll remain optimistic.

Update: I just received the official mail confirmation of my result as passed. It took approximately 30 hrs from the time of exam

I took the exam on Saturday, March 2, at 2 PM IST. I got a preliminary Pass result and it mentioned that I would get an official confirmation in typically 48 hours. But I have not received any email and there are no updates in my account. Are there any changes in the duration recently?
