Any time sheet system would do but if your team members are 100% dedicated to a given product or project, this should be unnecessary and task-level reporting is a slippery slope to micromanagement.

You can track work and time spent on it in Jira.

The way we used it, it didn't translate well into a project schedule/WBS, but the agile/kanban board worked well for developers to organize their work.
