Any recommendations for Intermediate Project Management courses?

We have a few team members who are not quite ready for PMP Prep courses, but do have some PM/coordinator experience. A fundamentals or basics 101-type course may be repetitive for them. If you have any suggestions for a "next level" intermediate course, please share!

PMI also has lots of micro-credentials that they recently launched. A good one is Agile Hybrid Pro.

Good call on waiting to take a PMP Prep course. You should go into exam prep classes expecting to learn how to prepare for the exam, not learn something new about project management.

Consider the following:

- Which topics would add the most benefit to your organization, if your PMs were to improve in those areas?
- Which topics interest your PMs the most?
- Are there any courses offered through your local PMI chapter?
- You can look up courses offered by authorized training partners on PMI.org - https://www.pmi.org/learning/training-deve...aining-partners

Someone will likely answer Disciplined Agile, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, maybe CSM. Is Agile a direction your company is going? Or would you be better served by Portfolio Management or Enterprise Risk Management?

I tend to be more utilitarian in my approach to training, and I expect there are a lot of classes I haven't heard of - I look forward to seeing additional responses to your question.

This is a great discussion because there are so many PMP prep courses and not a lot of "how to manage" a project courses, so love folks are actually talking about it. Kerri I will send you a connection offline to discuss in detail.
