Issues with PMI website

Hello, Is the PMI website having issues? I haven't been able to access the 'report pdu' screen. Every time I click on it, I'm logged out and directed to a different screen.

Hello, I have been having multiple issues with trying to report PDU over last few months. Almost every time I press the Submit button the webpage freezes. I've tried iyt multiple times on different browsers and even different laptops. Help!
