I have given my PMP exam on 19 Sep 2021. When can I give my second attempt ? What is the timeframe for this?

Yes, one can give exam 3 times in year starting from your application approval.
In general, its better to check the detailed task level report you receive from PMI showing which specific task performance was not at par, that gives one good insights to fix the issues.
