It is hard to answer. For example, in my last organization, we used SalesForce which can be consider low-code/no-code and we used Microsoft suite that can be consider in the same way. So, the important thing is to undestand the business problem you need to solve then select what best fit for solving the problem by creating a product or solution. In this case, considering that creating that will be in hands on the final users, mainly.

Currently we're developing the Governance Environment under Microsoft Power Platform... Several Citizen Developers are already creating applications using it.

This is a limitation of the PMI Community platform. Basically, you can use the mouse to copy the link and paste it into the browser's address bar.

Today, ChatGPT is a must. Just you have to make the prompts in the right way. Adding to that, take a look to quality on the results is a must too, non functional requirements mainly. But doing the right prompts you can get each component inside the application architecture. Obviously, if you have the possibility to move to pay platforms then Copilot should be your election.

In web development activities, there are multiple no-code/low-code platforms to build websites, like Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress, etc.
But many times we are back to the "old school" of using pure code to create a website, with HTML, CSS, and other useful web languages to build customized and original webpages.
