How do I find a job that allows me to work from anywhere?

I have searched popular job sites and even the career page on PMI but remote work is typically within a defined location, working from home. I am looking for a project management role that I can do from anywhere. That is location agnostic.
This is to accommodate a need to be in two different countries, one in Europe and the other in Asia. Any suggestions on how or where I can find such a role?

Why not identify large multinationals which support remote PM work and then do targeted submissions to those? For example, some large pharma companies are fully supportive of remote PM work if you have experience leading projects in that industry...

Hi Kiron, you have sparked my interest since I work in the pharmaceutical industry ;-)

I am aware that Novartis has taken up the opportunity, derived or catalyzed by the pandemic, to offer full flexibility to their employees. Do you have specific names in mind of pharmaceutical companies that offer remote working?

Amgen is one that I recall offering such roles but I'm sure there are others!

To add to Kiron’s feedback, lots of large IT / Tech related organizations do allow work from anywhere especially those working on SAP and integration solutions. I have a few friends who do full time work for overseas companies.

I agree with the above. I'd like to note that I've seen others have to work with the company on tax issues i.e. you can only work x amount in x country per year, etc. Best to look at how this would work in your situation first, to help you drive the conversation with a recruiter.

Yes the Tax issue is the problem with my current employer. More so the potential corporate tax rather than my personal tax. The phrase referred to is 'Permanent Establishment and the implications of that on the company.
