A lot depends on what they mean by a "Scrum Master". If it is close to the role definition from the Scrum Guide, then it would be an empowered servant-leader who is able to influence improvements in team delivery and organizational capability and you'd be asked questions assessing your ability to do this. If they are unclear on what a Scrum Master is, you might be asked about how you'd "Drive the team" or "Get results" :-)
Agree with Kiron. However, it depends on the company and the person(s) who interview you. Some may focus on other things, e.g. soft skills! Saving Changes...
