Curious of anyone has used Workfront and what PM tools do you use to integrate templated, formats and reports?

I have used smartsheet and now working with Workfront. I am not aware of a Workfront connector into Smartsheet but I will check. For ticketing, we use SNOW and yes there is a connector for SNOW in Smartsheet. For reporting, Smartsheet has great out of the box reports and for more specialized reports you should log onto smartsheet as a licensed user and go to their content or learning center for templates. My professional opinion leads towards Smartsheet as it is more intuitive and flexible than Workfront.
