UAT: Bug, Requirement, or Enhancement

During UAT you discover a missed requirement, do you consider that a bug, enhancement, or create a new user story for the requirement?

Classifying the item is really unimportant. The decision that needs to be made is whether the product under consideration can be deployed as is or not. This would be further influenced by whether an incremental, multiple delivery model is used or whether a single delivery model is employed. The question to be asked is whether value can be achieved by delivering now or whether withholding delivery is the better option.
