Dear Fellow PMs,
My 26-year-old daughter needs more mentoring than I can give her. She's an aspiring PM already managing cost, schedule, and quality for a multi-national plumbing and HVAC supplier. I would dearly love to connect her with other mentors.
Would you contact me to learn more? No commitment needed.
Thank you,
Todd Saving Changes...

Hi Todd,
I have a bad feeling with that request. I imagine a 26 years old should look for mentors herself, if she wants them. And a father should stay out of the weeds of her life. My culture and experience. No harm intended, I am just a blunt German.
As for mentors, some PMI Chapters offer mentorship programs, that is they connect mentees with mentors and in these times also virtually. See here for example:
https://pmi-cic.org/mentoring I mentor 10 people, all virtually.
I've provided mentoring assistance to a few other community members, so feel free to send me a private message with some more details of your daughter's specific objectives for mentoring and timeframe.
