In your experience, what is the best Agile book to prepare for the exams?

The CSM is a thinly veiled excuse for selling expensive two day training courses. The only way to get the CSM is to take a course from a certified Scrum trainer (certified through Scrum Alliance).

As Carl has indicated, Scrum.org's certifications are cheaper and don't expire so if all you need is a Scrum-focused cert, the PSM I is pretty much your cheapest option.
