Do we have to study PMBOK6 and Agile separately? What should be study approach? While we study process and performance areas from PMBOK, should we think of Agile scenario at every stage and consider how it differs from predictive/hybrid style? In that case the study material should be designed in that way. Will it help to study PM practices and Agile seperately? Saving Changes...

The PMBOK 6th edition comes with an Agile extension so I advise you to study both. You can also purchase Rita Mulcahy exam prep book which is a great resource to complement your studies as one resource is not enough.
After you finish studying, you need to practice some simulation exams, and one of the good resources for this is PM PrepCast.
Good Luck.

Yes you MUST study the Aglie Practice Guide thoroughly and get all your concepts clear to apply to an agile and hybrid scenarios.
I recently passed my exam and I had about 50-60% questions on Agile and Hybrid scenarios.
PMBOK 6th edition provides a very good foundation for the basic concepts but yes do have a quick read of the new 7th edition as well- its not as bulky as the 6th edition.
Also, as Rami mentioned Rita Mulcahy's tenth edition is another great resource for preparation.
