I am taking some mock test from third party e-learning for PMP and saw questions related to PMI Code of Ethics.. I am under impression that the exam will be from the content within PMBOK and Agile Practice Guide - do I need any other material to review? Saving Changes...

While the PMBOK covers majority of the subjects, this is just one of the references. I highly recommend you use other resources as well to complement your studies like Rita Mulcahy Exam Prep book.
As for the Code of Ethics, you might encounter a question or two that has choices related to the code of ethics.
Good Luck !

Thank you, Rami.
I am taking an online course through Brain Sensei which is helping me prepare for the exam. Not sure if you familiar but wondering if that + reviewing the books will be good enough.. thoughts?

I am not familiar with this course so probably won't be able to weigh in but I am pretty sure that the PMBOK + Agile Guide won't be enough on their own.
You also need to practice simulation questions. PM PrepCast is a good resource for simulation exams.
In general, if you understand the difference between the mandatory and aspirational elements of the Code, you shouldn't have any issue answering those questions as they will tend to be written in a fairly obvious manner to lead you to the correct answer so long as you answer the way the Code wants us to behave.

Yes, there is always a probability to encounter questions from PMI code of ethics. I think PM Prepcast Exam Simulator used to get updated to meet the current standards and practices, so it could be a good resource to prepare for the exam. Rita would be a good supplemental reading to the PMBOK and APG. Saving Changes...
In my PMP exam, I got few questions related to Code of Ethics.
Basically, you need to understand the core concept of how to behave in each situation as per the PMI-PMP standards and answer the question. You should not answer the question in the way you are handling the project. Hope this helps. Saving Changes...
