Hello everyone!

Do you have a guideline on project performance mitigation if a project is not doing well?

Also what are measures you use to determine if the portfolio is doing okay? If the project is doing okay?

The metrics for project is doing well or not, that is already determined in Project Charter with maximum allowable limits;
Decision should be taken in Change Control Board (Sponsors, Program Managers & Portfolio Managers)by referring Business case & Benefits realisation plan either to abort the project with incurred loss acceptance or continue the project with additional budget & timelines
