Could someone mention some example of the use of agile "approaches" in construction (not in design or engineering but in the construction phase). Is any modern building using this? Modern buildings
thanks in advance

In 1999 I was the program manager for a whole initiative that, between other things, got an award from the PMI. One of the components was to construct a low cost neighbourhood. We use DSDM in this case. But there is an important thing inside your question. Some people mix, in the wrong way, approach (Lean, Agile, etc) with life cycle (iterative, incremental, etc), You can use Agile with waterfall life cycle without problems. There are lot of examples outside there. In fact, Agile was born in 1990 in manufacturing domain searching an alternative to Lean (because of that Agile and Lean are totally different things).
