Hello All. What are some of the best software tools that you started to use for remote working during the pandemic? Eager to hear from everyone. We started to use DailyBot and Shifts.

Depends on what you need, Chris. For virtual collaboration, Miro and Mural are both great options.

Thanks @Abolfazl and @Kiron. We were already using Teams pre-pandemic and I will have to check out Miro and Mural.

We use DailyBot for status reporting (sends out 4 questions to each team member and it helps us formulate a weekly status report) and Shifts for flexible work hours with scattered start times.

Zoom and Skype are good tools for communication. For shared work dashboards, Planview, Jira, or Trello are very recommendable.

There is also a newfangled project monitoring solution that combines agile with global indicators. Every team member can be included in a Trello dashboard, to update the state of his respective tasks. Then, the information is translated into a global indicators panel, that can be shared with management supervisors. I agree with @Kiron. In my actual work place we work with different tools because we work virtually before the pandemic. Today, we are using zoom and microsoft suite like Teams and Yammer (and others, depending the need as Kiron stated). For something specific to creaing and monitoring an initiative we use Azure DevOps.

Hi,
we're using MS Teams, Zoom, Azure DevOps as core tools. When brainstorming and whiteboarding we use Jamboard (google).
