Just like every year around this time, I pose this question so we can all reflect and motivate one another. This year has been another very interesting and as the year comes to an end, and given we are one big community / family, it would be interesting to hear about each other’s achievements during the year:

- What did you achieve on a professional level ?
- What did you achieve on a personal level ?
- Did you follow a certain plan you set ?

Professional Achievements

1. I transitioned from my 4 year position as a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager with a great company to a new position with an even greater company in the Pharma space where I am expanding my knowledge and experience in Agile and SAFe.
2. I started utilizing my PMP credentials to network more and learn more within the PM community instead of just being satisfied adding PMP after my name.
3. I obtained my Scrum Master Certification
4. I received training in SAFe Agilist (Leader) and about to take my exam.
5. I have completed several mini LinkedIn trainings in Agile, JIRA, Team Motivation, Strategy and Innovation and Leadership
6. I have been accepted into the Penn State University Master's Program in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership with classes starting in January. (I am so pumped)
7. I attended (3) Project Management events and learned so valuable tips and techniques for managing people and projects.
8. I am preparing to enroll in PgMP training first Qtr 2022.

Personal Achievements
1. I made a commitment to improving my health with nutrition and exercise daily.
2. I made a commitment to putting myself first and achieving my goals as realized that I can make a bigger impact on others lives if I am performing at my best and achieving my goals as inspiration to others.
3. I stopped looking at how time I have left and instead starting looking at what I can still accomplish in life!
Rami,

I will be there with you for moral support! Good Luck

Hi Rami
An unexpected job opportunity came up right after losing out on a promotion at my last employer, and I'm now setting up a PMO for an indigenous business in New Zealand!
I undertook some 6 Sigma and Lean training which has broadened my tool kit and helps me work alongside colleagues in our factory processing teams.
Personally, my mental health has had a positive improvement and we've also completed a renovation of our house.
Has been a busy year!
