If your Master's degree was obtained in a PM focused program in a GAC school, you would only need 24 month experience leading and directing projects. Saving Changes...

It will be verified by the company(-ies) which you did the projects under its name. Saving Changes...
In the event that your application does get audited, for your education proof you'd submit things like proof of completion, course agendas and so on. For experience, you might have to submit examples of the artifacts created on the projects and they'd want to contact references (e.g. sponsor, team member) to corroborate what you'd provided in the application.
