I have earned CAPM certificate without any experience in project management. How can I get a Job in Project management ? Is it really possible to get a job without any experiences ? Saving Changes...
I'd suggest looking at "feeder" jobs into the PM career path such as a project analyst/coordinator role where you are supporting one or more PMs.

Agreed... Here are the things I look for in my entry level PMs: -Some sort of IT/software implementation experience (this could vary depending on the type of projects managed) -Business experience (contracts, revenue, etc) -Client-facing experience (negotiations, escalations) -PM Training/Education (you have the CAPM so you are good) -Cross-functional team/coordination experience -Detailed oriented -Communication skills -Make your resume clear that you are interested in a PM position and a career in PM
From my experience, project coordinator in a low profile project for starters is your best bet.

Raja,
you could also participate as a volunteer on a project.
Maybe one of the Indian Chapters looks for volunteers. Look here: https://vrms.pmi.org/
Or you start as a member of a PMO team.
Or you convert your current job into a PM role. That's how many PMs started - by applying new things learned to their current job, improving their results and building a reputation. E.g. start with improving communication.

I think volunteering to run projects for clubs, charities, etc is a great way to get experience.
