I work for a small agency (25 employees) and we're looking for project management software that integrates with Outlook and allows us to manage traffic more efficiently.

Specifically, we need a way to determine the capacity/actual available hours for each employee. Which platforms do you like for this? Thanks!

Hello Stephanie... some of the PSA tools such as Open Air and Financial Force can send outlook invites to employees. I believe the capacity is truly managed in those tools, but it will integrate with outlook and when someone is scheduled for work, show the bookings on the resources calendars for convenience.

I hope that helps!

We used MS Project in the past and now, because our defined process, we moved to MS Azure DevOps. If you are talking about to integrate outlook calendar it works well. In fact, you can do lot of things thanks to MS Power Automate. But if you allow me a comment to maintain capacity/availability is more than to use a tool.
