I hope everyone is doing well! I was curious to see if anyone else has noticed a salary spike for PMs this year, specifically for entry-level PMs. Good news for those PMs seeking jobs! Challenging for us PMO hiring managers.

I've been making what I thought traditionally to be competitive offers to people with 1-3 years of experience out of college and they are getting swept out from under me with a $10-$20K premium. It seems that companies are paying top dollar at the entry level end of the pay scale.

Thanks for sharing, Patrick. Good to hear.
Seems to underscore the growing need for young talent.

That's from Florida, US. What are the experiences in other US states and other countries?

I am out of Orlando but my team is actually remote/spread across the US and I hire nationwide.

I've also noticed more of a "blending" of pay rates not being as localized to any given area, likely because of the increasing amount of remote jobs out there. The disparity between Wisconsin and California doesn't appear to be what it once was, for example.
