I want to create an organizational chart for a Design and Build project. it would not be a typical org chart, since the it will an Integrated Project Delivery, the contractor will use Integrated Supply Team to be collaboratively working the clients consultants and representatives. do you have any suggestions for such a template or any tips. MS PowerPoint used to have an Organization Chart add-in which I had used for such needs. Visio (I believe) also has the ability to create such charts.

From the brief description your structure doesn't seem much different than a matrix organisation except that the functional side may be sourced from various parties or stakeholders (rather than internal operational personnel). Basically the "two-boss" concept.
As Kiron has suggested there are a number of software programs available to model this type of structure, Lucid Chart is one as well. Saving Changes...
I agree that the organization is simply a matrix organization. I have been in multiple such organizations with names like Integrated Product Teams, Design Build Teams, etc. Those were a response to prior issues around where the design and build functions were not tightly integrated and engineering regularly passed problems on to manufacturing.
Design, build, and supply chain include different skill sets so they are often in their own major function. Within each, you also have various areas of expertise so the engineering team creating electronics would align with the corresponding manufacturing and supply chain experts, and the structural design team would have a similar arrangement.
The org charts can get a bit confusing. On the chart itself, people are "hard lined" (solid line type on the chart) to their functional manager who has HR type responsibilities. They are also "dotted lined" to the project/program organization chart. The org chart used by the program is focused on the projects/program view to make it clear who has what responsibilities to the integrated team, rather than their home organizations. Saving Changes...
