Rami,

thanks for asking.
I am not specifically planning and setting goals but I anticipate to continue activities I did in 2021, like

- mentoring (12 mentees in 2021)
- presenting to Chapters, others (15 in 2021)
- volunteering for the PMI Germany Chapter - 2 minor roles
- comment here and on linkedin
- reading books - current focus on human thinking

As for personal development, I will work to widen my wisdom as appropriate (getting perspectives, how-to knowledge, networking etc).

I do not distinguish between personal and professional here.

Like Thomas, I'm not looking at setting specific professional goals this year. I will continue doing what I've done before in terms of reading up on leadership content, giving back to the profession and blogging actively.

I'm hoping to get my DAC credential once the exam is launched early this year.

Personally, more of the same - focus on staying healthy and fit!
