Hi Mark

Definitely agree we should all ask the right questions now whether we get the correct answers its a different matter depends who we are asking! Target the right person that has the knowledge to be of help to us.

Hi Vasoula,
Thanks for the reply.

Andy Jordan put it best in his artical "Ask the Question, Silly!" Andy states, "For what I hope are obvious reasons, after my experience I always coach PMs (or anyone else) to ask questions if there is anything that they aren’t sure about; I often sense reluctance. When I inquire why the individual doesn’t want to ask questions, the response I get is that they don’t want to be a nuisance or they don’t want to look stupid or that the person being asked has enough to deal with already. But really, what is the worst that can happen?"

Apart from ego issue, I believe another problem I often see is people do not know what they don't know and often end up don't know what to ask or how to ask.
