Hello all,
I am looking for the statistics for the following:

• Project Delays
• Missed Milestones
• Lack of Integration
• Lack of Integration than leads to lack of Impact Analysis
• Budget Over runs
• Project failure to deliver on objectives

I've done a search on "project failure", "program failure", "reasons projects fail", project failure statistics" - I've found articles that discuss reasons for failure, reasons why you should have project managers, reasons why you should have program managers but no articles that present hard numbers. Any points in the right direction would be hugely appreciated.
Thanks in advance,

The Standish Group report is a little old, but still probably the most cited report with the type of statistics you are looking for. It can be viewed at http://www.projectsmart.co.uk/docs/chaos-report.pdf . Do some Googling for that report and you will find many, many discussions, rebuttals, etc.

Good Luck!

The US GAO (Government Accountability Office) will typically have detailed reports about project failures. Many of these will involved way over budget and time delayed government IT projects that are quite eye opening.

http://www.it-cortex.com/Stat_Failure_Cause.htm - The results are a bit old but still pretty accurate. I had done a presentation on reasons why projects failed and collected some data from various sources and these numbers are fairly accurate.
