I am not just speaking about a QA during a project lifecycle but in an operational lifecycle.
When implementing AGILE approach in a company and when modernizing the IT development using DevSecOps, we can note changes un the internal processes and in the organization.
Do you know any book or advises or give your views on this?
How to integrate Quality Assurance and Quality Control + Assessment and advises into the AGILE environment ?
Interesting view no?

Quality is the basement of Agile. Agile is based on quality. Then, there is not something new regarding quality specific for Agile. If somebody created it then let me say is trying to sell a silver bullet. DevSecOps is a new way to call the same things that comes from 1970 and before. Nothing new below the sun. So, taking into account that Agile is not about a method/framework, if you are focused in using a method/framework then you will notice that if you take one (XP, Scrum, DSDM, etc) quality is embeded into it. Unfortunately some people try to justify lack of quality with thing like "technical debt". But, with that said, we must remember that quality is a strategical matter then a critical decision must be made before to start: balance between quality and grade. It could justify technical debt.

You may wish to look into the DA DevOps and DA Enterprise layers of Disciplined Agile as those certainly cover the domains you are interested in exploring.

The interesting thing in agile perspectives is that value can sometimes be more important than quality.

For example, being able to do something now can be more valuable than being able to do something well later. The problem with quality assurance is that it can quickly become a search for perfection.

principle of zero defect handoff is intertwined in both lean and agile principles...

From a lean software book - everyone involved in the process follows the standards 100% of the time, but everyone has a right to challenge/question the standards.
