Event On-demand Sessions not being registered!

Hello everyone,

I have an issue with registering PMXPO 2021 sessions (and other on-demand events for that matter) as watched. When I started to watch, sessions 201 and 202 they were correctly registered on projectmanagement.com under PDUS AWARDED on my account page. But when I continued to watch the rest of the sessions, they are no longer recorded on projectmanagement.com. Why is that? I don't want to manually add these PDUs because these are PMI events and not 3rd-party events. Webinars, on the other hand, are being registered correctly on projectmanagement.com and transferred to PMI with no issues. BTW PMXPO sessions 201 & 202 have been successfully transferred to PMI and my PDUs were updated accordingly. I'm not sure why these 2 were properly registered and nothing else after that.

NOTE: I have sent several emails to support but they keep coming back with the same response: "We would like to inform you that, it takes 7-10 business days for the PDUs to get automatically updated in your account" And then telling me to add them manually if needed. I'm not sure they are understanding my question.

Thanks,
-Gus

This could happen for several reasons and it did happen before - It could be a glitch in the system or issue with the registration on the back end.

I am sure that on Monday, Heather from PMI will respond to your query.

For now, I have a question: Looking at your profile, I don't see that you have any PMI credential and if this is the case, then PDU's won't be reported to your PMI CCRS as PDUs are normally used towards certifications renewal only, and do not serve for the prupose of applying for certifications so can you please advise what is the intention of getting those PDUs as it might help solve your problem.

Rami,

Thanks for the response. My PMP, unfortunately, got suspended since I missed the renewal deadline without acquiring enough PDUs and now I'm within the grace period. As noted earlier, the PDUs are getting transferred at the moment with no issues and they are adding up on my certification view on PMI.org

Hi Gus - Currently PDUs from the PMXPO are batch reported once per week, and it appears that you may have viewed the sessions between reporting days. The next batch should be imported within the next 48 hours. If you do not see the PDUs by Thursday of this week, please let me know.
