Arif -

The 35 hours can't be counted as PDUs towards a certification such as the PMP, as those are the contact hours of training needed as a prerequisite. Once you have your PMP, you start to earn PDUs from that point on.

There are many, many ways to earn PDUs - this PMI web-page provides details: https://www.pmi.org/certifications/certifi...ntain/earn-pdus

There are lots of way to earn PDUs for certifications renewal:

1) Webinars
2) Writing blogs and articles for PM related topics
3) Courses and Training
4) Reading
5) Conferences
6) Volunteering
7) Working in the Profession

Please refer to the PMI CCRS, everything is very well explained there but keep in mind what Kiron mentioned about those PDUs not qualifying for credentials applications.
