How many projects should the project manager have under the responsibility of the project manager so that the project managers can carry out effective project management? I find myself using leaner processes for smaller projects. That makes it easier to manage many of them simultaneously. On the other hand, I would rather my projects be at different phases: trying to plan multiple projects at the same time can be demanding. Saving Changes...
