Project Portfolio Execution Process

Currently setting up a PPM Guidelines. Just wanted to ask what are the activities in Project Portfolio Management Execution phase?

I'd recommend reviewing PMI's Portfolio Management Standard and using that as a reference for developing an initial simple set of practices which can be elaborated over time as your governance teams get comfortable. A number of key decisions will need to be made such as:

- How often will the portfolio be reviewed and what does that review process look like?
- Who participates in the review?
- What are the conditions for continuing an investment, divesting or increasing investment?

I do agree with Kiron. You better review the Portfolio standard.
