Hi all,
I would like to know the current status of OPM3. Is it still possible for the PMI to accredit the maturity level through this model?

Thanks in advance,
Angel Agueda

Hi Angel. I was directly involved in the creation of the model and its related guides. It was retired time ago. At the end, the model was "a copy" or a "free style innovation" of other models with base on CMM mainly. I am saying that trying to pointed out you can use other models. My recommendation is using CMM or, what I think applies better, is using P3M3 model as @Thomas stated above. I used them and I used IBM models too. The tendency from time ago is to tied the model to the approach you are using: Lean, Agile, etc. So, you can find models created following this line.
