I am in the beginning phases of a project where I have team members from multiple areas/organizations coming together to form new workstream teams.
-Previously established scrum teams
-External consulting organization
-Other internal SMEs
Looking for a powerful real life metaphor of multiple teams coming together to achieve something great (including storming, norming...). Best I could come up with is Remember the Titans. Any suggestions? Saving Changes...
How about the original Live Aid concert if you think of bands as teams?
If you want a fictional metaphor, the movie Armageddon comes to mind with the two teams of the offshore drillers and the "real" astronauts...

Consider the aspect that one team might assume they are leading.
