I have supported ClearCase, ClearQuest, ClearDDTS and some ClearTrack at few Telecommunication businesses. I consider ClearCase a giant system that needs daily attention and maintenance work for it work for any organization. Companies exacts hear good things about Rational products and they approve the purchase of these systems for their organizations, but without support of good hardware, or dedicated resource to maintein it.
