is the ECO book ( 2021) still relevant for the current exams?

with the release of PMBOK v7, is the PMI authorized PMP Exam Prep issued in Jan 2021 ( ECO -404 pgs.- Lessons 1-5 with sub topics ) still relevant for the current exams?

Yes, PM knowledge must be acquired considering PMBOK 6 and PMBOK 7 versions.

From what I know, the latest ECO is the one that is relevant … PMBOK 6th and 7th editions are both relevant for the exam with emphasis on the 6th for now.

Actually the PMBOK 7th edition is not on the recognized reference list yet for the PMP Exam.
