Seriously. The first and only communication you sent to me regarding my certification is a suspension notice. You cannot send a reminder that it is due to expire? Realy crappy customer journey.

This is so surprising because normally you should receive a reminder to renew … If you contact customer care I am sure they will get this taken care of if you already have the 60 PDUs required for renewal.

It may be something off with the site. I haven't received approval to schedule the DASSM exam, yet, but my Dashboard says I can. However, the eligibility ID is not listed and when I click on the button/link to schedule the exam it opens the PDF application.

I know it's not the same as getting a suspension notice; I'm just saying both could be due to a glitch on the site.
