Tool for Stakeholder Management?

I'm looking for an IT tool to support my stakeholder mananagement. After googling and checking different specialised sites, I couldn't find a suitable app to keep track of the stakeholders of my project (around 50). I found software designed for (political) campaigning (but that's not my scope), but little else.
Would a CRM be a suitable tool for tracking stakeholders, their requirements and attitudes? So, what tools do you use? Good ol' Excel?

Ha ha ! Working in IT makes everyone there is a digital tool for everything.

While you can develop a matrix like what Abolfazl says, it is important that the PM conducts in a way where all stakeholders are engaged. And this comes by practice, with proper communication (email, one to one, intranet, internet, in person etc and doing effective meetings that have outcomes.)
