Company A wants to expand into 6 differant cities each facility to be the same. Should each one have it's own MOS and HLA'S or not.

Agree with Elizabeth please explain the terms MOS, HLA's.

In general the objective to be the same is to reduce costs. However there is another cost saver which centralisation of certain activities/departments, e.g. procurement. Central function for strategic and tactical decisions however decentralised for the operational activities, like ordering material
