Hi Joe

Yeap a short survey.

Query - you ask about exceeding original scope but didn't allow for why.
Scope creep uncontrolled - damn did it for nothing
Scope creep controlled - Properly change managed, approved and funded changes.

I'm medieval on Change Management. I like change, but hate doing it for nothing

Hi Mark,

I do not want to comment on scope creep until after I collect the data so as not to influence others.

Hi Linda,

Looking forward to the results. Especially since the topics are so distinct, certification versus scope/financials Also the answers are open to interpretation

I am kind of surprised that you asked about the experience after we have obtained the certifications but nothing on it before obtaining the certification. In this case, how are you going to do any comparison at all? Also, you asked about scope creep, late delivery and over budget, but nothing on quality and satisfaction from stakeholders. The reason I ask this is because I believe that scope, time, and budget alone are not good enough to determine whether a project is managed and delivered successfully. You may deliver a project within scope, on time and within budget, and yet, no one really use or benefit out of it. I won't consider such a project as successful.

Hi Wai,

I do not want to comment on the survey design until after I collect the data so as not to influence others.

I agree that there are many other factors that influence projects but I am only collecting data on the triple constraint.
