MS Projects - KPI metrics

Have you configured Earned Value Management metrics in MS projects?

So far I have used it only for WBS, defining & sequencing activities, % of completion of status. Please suggest if you have any other advanced features

You can't in MS Project. Though it automatically spits out some EVM reports.

Main thing you would look for is Cost variance and schedule variance. And this can be developed in a n excel sheet. Comparing your planned value (cost/schedule) to actual values. (cost/schedule).
