Anyone have a checklist/ criteria for assessment of a medical project including impact of the project, budget, schedule, etc.

The factors you've listed are likely relevant to any project so even a generic project assessment checklist (I'm sure there are some in the templates section of this community) will be a good start, but you'd then want to add other measures related to the specific nature of your project - e.g. compliance with medical industry regulations, health & safety, expected vs. achieved benefits and so on.

Even though there are basic templates for general projects, you can feed back them with your particular information, which is provided by the scope of the project, which is agreed with the client and the stakeholders, of course Vs. actual results.
