I (and I presume many others on this forum) cannot keep track of all the acronyms of late, including that for diversity, equity, and inclusion

Beyond complying with organization DEI policies or regional regulations, as project leaders, embracing DEI fully in our stakeholder interactions is the right thing to do if we want to improve engagement, creativity and create high-performing teams.

This is one of the reasons why I like Dr. Timothy Clark's inclusion (no pun intended) of Inclusion Safety as the first level of his four stage psychological safety model.
