When you say it didn't launch, did you mean you couldn't access the Claims History page? I found that the SSO login wasn't working properly from pmi.org to the CCRS site so I had to re-authenticate which then gave me access to the usual pages.
I did notice that only one of the sessions I attended (out of three) were recorded, but my guess is that they might still be in the process of uploading the attendance rosters.
It takes time. Mine is fine.
I attended three sessions and received the LDUs for one of them two days ago and it was applied to my CCRM and can see it in my claims history.
I found it strange to have received the emails confirming the PDU's but they were not launched on the dashboard in in Claim History.
Apparently the treatment is different :-)

I'm getting the same behavior as Luis - I received six e-mail messages indicating the three sessions I'd attended had been submitted and approved, but only one of the three is showing up in the CCRS.
I'll give it a day or two to see if its just a syncing issue but it is weird that there'd only be a partial upload...
It seems to me the most suitable
