Hi everyone - Beginning 6 April PDU processing has been delayed. Now with the influx of PDUs from the live PMXPO event on 24 March, we are experiencing further delays. We understand that typically PDUs are processed within 48-72 hours, however, we're still within the 7-10 business day processing window.
We ask, unless it is absolutely necessary, please do not manually submit your PDUs, as this will only cause further delays within the PDU queue.

Dear Heather, thanks for your information. I am close to re-certifcation and regularly had some activities here over the last couple of months and weeks. My PDU needs are completed now but it seems to become critical for me to get the last ones officially confirmed. Do I need to get in touch with projectmanagement.com or pmi.org or both? Who will be a contact partner for clarification? Any help or comment is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hi Andreas - Our PDUs started processing over the weekend. And I would suspect all of our PDUs should be processed by the end of this week. I would hold off on manually submitted until the end of the week. Thanks for your patience!

Dear Heather and all, I just got a mail that my PDU's had been processed now, so it was just in time (3 weeks left). As you said waiting a bit mattered. @Srinivasa Chekuri: I reckon it will get done within short.

Hi Andreas, I did complete some PDUs last week. They are not yet processed and I believe they will be processed by this weekend as per your note. I reached out to PMI contact us and they told to enter manually. However I am not seeing the project management.com in the provider list. I will wait until this weekend but my renewal is also pretty close which is Apr 28, 2022. Please advise on your thoughts about this.
