I am wondering many times, how the Top 3 PM expertise skills are identified and scored on this website?. Based on my experience, I have always felt that I am good at strategic thinking and risk management. But I have got a score of 39 in career development & Talent management. i could not see any correlation.
are you able to clarify my doubts? or provide more insights? Saving Changes...
That's a question for one of the community moderators like Heather, Kimberly or Laura - they would have better insights as to how those get scored.
Talent Management, Leadership and Strategy show up as my top three. I've certainly written about all three but agile or risk management would have likely been written about much more :-)

Thanks for the insights, Rami - that explains a lot as I'm guessing in my case it is mostly driven by my blog posts since I don't usually initiate too many discussion threads.

You're welcome Kiron - If those are the most tags used in your posts then it very well could be the reason that those are the tree areas of expertise identified under your account. I might be wrong, but that's what I suspect.
