Looking for some feedback on some of the PM software in the market. Trying to bring some discipline into the organization. Currently no formalized processes or SW. Different projects have dabbled with Smartsheet, Monday.com, Zoho projects, Sensei IQ .
Looking for a solution that is easy to use, has good collaboration features, easy status reporting and dashboards.
I've done research, trialed some but looking for real-life feedback. Saving Changes...
What you've described can be easily accomplished with most agile work management suites (e.g. Atlassian, Version One) but to narrow down the field, you should define:
1. What are your must-have requirements?
2. How much are you willing to spend (one time and ongoing)?
3. What types of integration are you looking for?
4. Are there any policies in your company which would prevent the use of cloud-based or SaaS solutions?
