In my opinion, the Product Owner should be paid more followed by Agile coach then by Scrum Master. The ratio could be different based maturity agile process followed in the organization.

any recommended formula and correlation available?

It always depends on what leadership teams value and what market rates will dictate.

My experience is that qualified, seasoned agile coaches will earn more than POs unless those POs have a profit & loss responsibility.

I would agree that Scrum Masters will generally earn less than the other two roles.

My experience is in line with Kiron’s - It all comes down also to the leadership level, how many teams, organisation itself but in general, I find the Agile Coaches to be paid the highest followed by POs then SMs.

Of course, it also depends on the skillset of the person you are trying to fit in the role. If you using a skilled agile coach as a Scrum master, you can expect to pay more.

As a line manager, I had senior technical personnel who made more than me. That was the price of having these specialists on the team.
