Hello,
Any tools I can use to improve the visual of a timeline from Accelo, in order to turn it into a nice gantt chart to be part of a presentation? Currently, a project schedule is downloaded into excel and we use a different tool to create a timeline that can be utilized for meeting presentations. Saving Changes...

It might make more sense to download your project schedule into Microsoft Project. Project comes with integrated Gantt chart.
Alternatively, Microsoft Visio offers some nice visual timelines. You can look at extracting, transforming and loading (ETL) your project schedule data into Visio. Saving Changes...
You might also consider including both a screenshot of and link to the timeline in Accelo. That way, the audience can see the static plan. If you need to make changes during the presentation, you can still do it on the live version. Saving Changes...
