My PDU claims were rejected by stating as below.
PMI does not accept multiple activities submitted under the same claim for PDUs, only individual classes reported separately. We encourage you to submit individual claims for each relevant course/activity within your program coursework. Please resubmit your PDUs based on these guidelines.
But i have shared evidences of classes taken by PMI recognized agency only. any ideas? Saving Changes...
What this likely means is that you submitted more than one PDU claim using a single claim code. Assuming these were separate courses, you should go back to the provider and get distinct claim codes for each course.
If that was not the case, I'd recommend contacting PMI Customer Care.

In addition to what Kiron mentioned, if you are manually entering your PDU’s, make sure to separate the activities and claim each separately if it has multiple courses or classes.
